  19. DESCRIPTION
  20.        ACE/gr is a data/function plotting tool  for  workstations
  21.        or X-terminals using X.  A few of its features are:
  22.  
  23.        +      Polynomial  regression,  splines, running averages,
  24.               DFT/FFT, cross/auto-correlation.
  25.        +      Plots up to 10 graphs with 30 datasets per graph.
  26.        +      User-defined scaling, tick marks, labels,  symbols,
  27.               line styles, colors.
  28.        +      Batch mode for unattended plotting.
  29.        +      Read and write parameters used during a session.
  30.        +      Support  through device independent graphic drivers
  31.               for PostScript, and FrameMaker .mif format.

  33. NEW FEATURES
  34.   A slight bug managed to drop in in the previous version (text input was 
  35.   disabled). I also added a couple of new cursor functions in my libX11 so
  36.   you will see some different pointers when doing different tasks. Not sure
  37.   if I like those so I added an environment variable X11/Cursors that will
  38.   enable/disable the use of user defined cursor definitions.
  39.   (setenv X11/Cursors 0 to disable (and maybe makedir env:X11 if it doesn't
  40.   already exist)). This version is compiled with stackcheck option and you'll
  41.   know if you haven't set the stack high enough!

  43. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  44.     
  45.     Amigas with 68020+ and MUI 2.0+ preferably with 4mb+
  46.     A big Workbench may also be useful. (640x400 is probably
  47.     a minimum) Pensharing will be used if you have os3.0+ and
  48.     enough free colors on the workbench.
